Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services, consultations, and bookings with iBrow iLash.
Our policies are designed to respect both client flexibility and studio scheduling commitments.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments or services. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service unless otherwise stated.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations Outside of 48 Hours
- Deposits are fully refundable when an appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours
- Deposits become non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
- Clients may reschedule once within 60 days of the original appointment date.
- Additional reschedule requests within the 48-hour window are not permitted.
No-Shows
- Appointments missed without notice are considered no-shows.
- No-shows forfeit the deposit and are not eligible for rescheduling.
- Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
Rescheduling Terms
- Rescheduled appointments must be completed within 60 days of the original appointment date.
- Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
- If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled or missed, the deposit is forfeited.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, consultations, or fees may be designated as non-refundable. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Payment Processing
All refunds are processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

By booking an appointment or submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
