iBrow iLash provides professional beauty services, consultations, and training programs. All services are subject to availability, eligibility, and professional discretion.

2. Appointments, Booking & Scheduling

Appointments and consultations must be scheduled through our approved booking platforms.

By booking an appointment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and booking information
• Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Follow studio policies regarding preparation and conduct

Late arrivals may result in shortened services or cancellation without refund.

3. Payments, Deposits & Pricing (Stripe Compliance)

Payments and deposits are processed securely through Stripe or other approved third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you authorize iBrow iLash to charge the applicable fees according to your selected service, consultation, or training program.

Key terms:

• Deposits may be required to secure appointments
• Deposits are applied toward the total service cost unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All remaining balances are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed

We do not store or have direct access to your full payment card details.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Our cancellation policy is designed to respect both client time and studio availability.

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits
• Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

5. Consultations (PMU, SMP & Training)

Certain services and all training programs require a consultation prior to booking or enrollment.

Consultations:

• Are intended to assess suitability, eligibility, and expectations
• Do not guarantee acceptance, service eligibility, or enrollment
• Do not obligate you to proceed with services or training

Professional recommendations are made at our discretion and may result in declining to proceed.

6. Training Programs & Applications

Training programs are offered on a limited basis and may require:

• Eligibility review
• Licensing or permit considerations
• Application approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or enrollment. iBrow iLash reserves the right to accept, decline, or postpone enrollment at its discretion.

7. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary based on skin type, hair type, aftercare, health conditions, and other factors.

iBrow iLash does not guarantee specific outcomes for services, permanent makeup, scalp micropigmentation, or training results.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, logos, and training materials, is the property of iBrow iLash or its licensors.
