What's the Training Process for iBrow iLash Academy?

Our programs are designed to provide structured, hands-on education in a professional studio environment — with clear steps from inquiry to completion.

STEP-BY-STEP

The Process From Inquiry to Completion

A step-by-step overview of the training process for Permanent Makeup (PMU), Brows, Lashes, and Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) programs near Des Moines, Iowa.

STEP 1

Consultation & Program Fit

Every training path begins with a consultation to understand your goals, background, and eligibility. This ensures proper placement and sets clear expectations before enrollment.

STEP 2

Eligibility & Licensing Review

Some programs require specific licenses or permits. We review requirements during consultation and guide you through next steps when applicable.

STEP 3

Enrollment & Scheduling

Once approved, we coordinate scheduling based on your selected program and availability. Class sizes are intentionally limited to support focused instruction.

STEP 4

Hands-On, In-Studio Training

Training takes place inside a professional, client-facing studio environment with live demonstrations, guided practice, and direct instructor oversight.

STEP 5

Completion & Support

Upon completion, you'll receive a certificate of completion for your training. Students are also eligible to retake courses for free within 90 days of graduation to reinforce key techniques.
